The Website and App are not intended for children (i.e. individuals aged 18 or under) and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
It is important that you read this privacy notice together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This privacy notice supplements the other notices we give and is not intended to override them.

Next Celebrity is made up of Divya Bharti Infotech Private Limited. This privacy notice is issued on behalf of Next Celebrity Group so when we mention “Next Celebrity”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice, we are referring to the relevant company in Next Celebrity Group responsible for processing your data. We will let you know which entity will be the controller for your data when you purchase a product or service with us. Divya Bharti Infotech Private Limited is the controller and responsible for the Website and App.

Changes to the privacy notice and your duty to inform us of changes

2. The data we collect about you
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (i.e. anonymous data).
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together below.
- Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, age and gender, your photograph (where you sign-up to an account with us and choose to include your picture on your account).
- Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers
- Technical Data includes mobile device ID (when using our App), internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type (for website use), time zone setting and location, operating system and platform and other technology related information about the devices you use to access the Website or App. If you use our Website or App from a mobile device, that device will send us data about your location based on your phone settings. We will ask you to opt-in before we use GPS to identify your precise location
- Profile Data includes your username and password, your location, feedback and survey responses. When you log in with us via Facebook, we will receive (unless you change your settings within Facebook), your public profile information (i.e. your name and profile picture), your birth date, a list of your friends which also use the App and your current city listed in your Timeline
- Usage Data includes information about how you use the Website or App (including your content viewing habits), products and services.
- Marketing includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties.
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Website or App feature or content. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

5. Opting out of personalised content and adverts
So that we can provide you with a great user experience, we may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data to form a view on what we think you may want or need. How to opt- out of a personalised website or app experience
Opting out for App Users:
If you do not want your experience on the App to be tailored to you based on your viewing habits on the App, go to your profile->settings and slide the ‘Personalisation’ to ‘Off’. If you change your mind and would like to receive a personalised experience, you can simply slide the ‘Personalisation’ button back to ‘On’.
Tracking and advertising
We use products offered by Google, Facebook and Salesforce in order to show you adverts which we think are likely to be relevant to you. If you do not want to receive personalized advertising, and marketing please follow THESE instructions and the instructions in the paragraph below.
If you want to change the personalized advertisement settings you can use the ads settings to manage the Google ads and opt out of interest-based ads by following THESE instructions. Facebook may also collect information about how you use our website, such as which pages you visit through first-party cookies, to enable both Facebook and Next Celebrity to provide more relevant messages to you across Facebook. You can opt out of Facebook first-party cookies by updating your settings in Events Manager, and control the information Facebook uses to show you advertisements by managing your Ads Preferences.

Change of purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

We share your personal data within Next Celebrity Group. This may involve transferring your data outside your as well as our country.
Many of our external third parties may be based outside your country so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the country.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

How long will you use my personal data for?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
We retain your personal data while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you the Website and App. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our Website or App.

No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We use external third party service providers to help us with providing services to you, these may include service suppliers such as Recruitment agencies, Production Houses, Art Directors, etc. This is not an exhaustive list.
Your legal rights
You have the right to:
Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
